When commissioning artwork, please feel free to contact me direct by telephone, 01392 444190 or by email,mail@calligraphyandheraldry.com and I will gladly discuss any commissioning of artwork with you.
Please forward as much information as possible, including images, Arms, blazons, or text, as this will help to give an estimate for the work.
All work has a rough design for approval, and is given to the client before before any artwork takes place is so desired. This ensures that the client and myself are satisfied with the design, and updates are provided throughout the commission if necessary, helping the client to see the work progress.

I remain very conscientious towards each piece of artwork and am pleased to discuss any work and to produce the finest possible hand painted heraldic work for each of my clients.
Time scales also vary and the majority of Arms design and painting can vary from 1 week to 3 weeks. All work is very time consuming and I usually have at least a two month lead time.
Framing
Framing of artwork can be arranged and Neil is always involved throughout this process to ensure his artwork receives the best possible finish and frame to enhance the finished artwork.
All artwork is conservation, archival and museum framed.
Payment for framing must be made in full upon receipt of the given estimate after work has been completed as each frame varies in cost and is provided by an independent source.
Shipping can also be arranged via DHL or Royal Mail International Signed For, or inland signed for post.
