When commission artwork, please feel free to contact me direct by telephone, 01392 444190 or by email, mail@calligraphyandheraldry.com and I will gladly discuss any commissioning of artwork with you.
Please forward as much information as possible, including images, Arms, blazons, or text, as this will help to give an estimate for the work, as every piece of work is very different, and costs vary.
All work has a rough design drawn up, and is given to the client before for their approval before any artwork takes place. This ensures that the client and myself are satisfied with the design, and updates are provided throughout the commission if necessary, helping the client to see the work progress.
Price and Payment:
Any prices quoted are an estimate only, based on the artists current costs of production, and estimated time involved, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment any time to meet any change in such costs or to reflect the actual amount of work carried out. The estimate shall not include the cost of postage and packing.
A 50% percent deposit must be paid before the commencement of any work, upon agreement of the estimated cost.
Overseas clients are subject to a 100% payment of the estimated costs.
Payment is due within 10 days of the date of the invoice, or must be paid in full before any artwork is to be sent to the customer.
Payment can be made direct to Neil Bromley, either by cheque, or if payment is made from overseas, then either a Western Union Transfer, or Bank Transfer can be made, as well as a bank cheque. This can be discussed, and details can be arranged.
